All rates assume you are buying a primary residence and escrowing taxes and insurance and have a 20% down payment. The rates below also work if you have at least 10% down with a second loan of 10%. Rates are just slightly higher for lower down-payment amounts.
Non-Jumbo rates assume a FICO score of 720 or above. Jumbo assumes a 740 FICO. There are some adjustments for FICO scores less than 720 and 740 on Jumbo products. We will send you an e-mail confirming your exact rate once you apply online.
This site is updated every business day unless we are on vacation. Please note the date on the sheet.
Please call or email us for rates on second homes and investment properties or other loan programs not listed here, or for a rate not requiring escrows.
Visit the "Fee Schedule" page to see the "One fee" cost that corresponds to your desired purchase price or appraised value.
If you would like a rate with the "one fee" included, e-mail us or call us and we will get that rate right back to you. We would also be happy to run a spreadsheet comparing a rate with or without the costs included. Generally the larger the loan amount and the longer you plan to keep a mortgage, the better off you are with the lower rate.
